Some lots have water available and most are year-round accessible but no power is available in the resort. This area burned in 2012 in the Wood Hollow Fire. POA dues are $10 per month per lot. These lots can be built on or used for recreational use. Several residents have homes in Indian Ridge and live there year-round. Refer to the Indian Ridge website and Sanpete County Building Dept. for building guidelines. RV’s must have a covered structure if left during winter months. For lots with water available, the impact fee to get water is $5,500 plus a $1,200 hookup fee. The lots on the map color-coded in blue already have the impact fee paid.

From the junction of Hwy 6 & 89 in Spanish Fork Canyon go South on 89 for 19.5 miles. Just 1/4 mile past the Indianola Fire Station turn West on the Big Hollow Rd. After 1 mile take the Right fork (watch for IR road signs) then after cattle guard take another Right which takes you to the Indian Ridge gate. If gate is shut it is not locked so proceed through and close behind you.
